Robert Grafton to its Board of Directors. Grafton’s election represents the addition of one position to the SRA Board, which now comprises 11 members.

With more than 37 years of experience in professional services, Grafton has held many client-service and management positions. Most notably, he served as chairman, Board of Partners for Arthur Andersen LLP, and then as managing partner – chief executive for Andersen Worldwide, S.C., a professional services firm comprised of Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting.

Grafton currently serves as lead director at DiamondRock Hospitality Company, where he also is chairman of the audit committee and a member of the compensation, nominating and governance committees. He also is a member of the Board of Directors for Carmax, Inc., an $8 billion retailer of new and used automobiles, and serves as chairman of the audit committee.
