Vice President, SRA Spectrum Solutions Group, to Grow Company's

organizations, announced that Perry E. Keating has joined SRA as
Vice President, SRA Spectrum Solutions Group. He will be
responsible for growing SRA's business in the enterprise
application solutions market. SRA completed the acquisition of
Spectrum Solutions Group, Inc., a provider of enterprise solutions
such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, and Siebel applications and
technologies to the federal government, in November 2005. Spectrum
operates as an intact unit with its pre-existing management team
and is now known as the SRA Spectrum Solutions Group, working
across SRA to provide enterprise resource planning services
government-wide. Before joining SRA, Keating served as Senior Vice
President of Global Services for Siebel Systems, Inc., where he led
professional services, business consulting services, technical
training, and end-user education. He was previously Senior Vice
President of Enterprise Solutions at BearingPoint, where he led
Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, and Siebel Systems practices. Keating has
also held positions with Oracle, PeopleSoft, James Martin &
