Regulation FD Disclosure

The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01, “Regulation FD Disclosure.”

On February 14, 2020, South Jersey Industry’s (NYSE: SJI) board of directors declared its regular dividend of $0.29500 per share for the first quarter of 2020. The dividend is payable April 2, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business March 18, 2020. A copy of the press release of February 18, 2020 announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference.
