(NYSE: RSF) each reports to shareholders that it (i) submitted the 2005 Section 303A certification of its Chief Executive Officer to the New York Stock Exchange and (ii) included the certifications of its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer required by Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 as an exhibit to its Form N-CSR filing, which contained its annual report dated March 31, 2006. Although each Fund's annual report did not include this information, these certifications were appropriately filed as required. RMK Advantage Income Fund, Inc., RMK High Income Fund, Inc. and RMK Strategic Income Fund, Inc. are diversified, closed-end investment companies seeking a high level of current income with capital appreciation as a secondary investment objective.
