LUXEMBOURG, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Quilmes Industrial (Quinsa), Societe Anonyme ("Quinsa") announced the aggregate share capital and the aggregate number of voting rights pursuant to article 30 of the Luxembourg law of January 11, 2008 concerning the obligations of transparency for issuers of securities are as follows: Aggregate share capital: US$ 36,696,460 represented by 630,384,163 Class A shares and 48,907,094 Class B shares, each without par value.
