Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 16, 2019, Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has completed the sale of Hotel Amarano Burbank.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference herein.

Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 16, 2019, subsidiaries of the Company completed the sale of Hotel Amarano Burbank to an unaffiliated third party, for a sales price of $72.9 million. Net proceeds from the sale of Hotel Amarano Burbank will be utilized for general business purposes, which may include reducing the Company’s outstanding debt.
