WILTON, Conn., Sept. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PanAmSat Holding Corporation today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend for the period from July 1, 2005 to September 30, 2005, in the amount of $0.3875 per share, payable on or about October 14, 2005, to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2005. Such quarterly amount is equivalent to a rate of $1.55 per share on an annual basis. PanAmSat intends to pay regular quarterly dividends pursuant to its dividend policy. However all subsequent dividends will be declared by the PanAmSat board of directors at its discretion.
