Following announcement of the final result of the voluntary public tender offer by Evergood 5 AS to all shareholders of Nets A/S as announced in the company announcement (no. 3/2018) on 2 February 2018, Evergood 5 AS has today informed Nets that it has decided to exercise its rights under Sections 70 - 72 of the Danish Companies Act to complete a compulsory acquisition of the shares in Nets A/S held by the remaining minority shareholders. Consequently, all remaining minority shareholders will by separate announcement on 13 February 2018 in accordance with Section 70 - 72 of the Danish Companies Act be requested to transfer their shares in Nets to Evergood 5 AS within a four week period.
Nets has upon request from Evergood 5 AS submitted an application for removal from trading and official listing of the shares of Nets A/S from Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S with the last day of trading and official listing of the shares in Nets A/S on 12 February 2018.
