Omaha Public Schools Award Gateway Contract to Provide Desktop and
Notebook PCs to More Than 90 Schools IRVINE, Calif., May 31

contract with Omaha Public Schools in Omaha, Nebraska to provide
desktop and notebook PCs. With 90 schools, almost 46,000 students
and more than 7,000 employees, the Omaha Public School District is
one of the top 100 districts in the nation. During the six month
agreement, Gateway will supply the district with more than 1,700 of
its powerful dual core E-4500 desktop PCs and 600 of its award
winning M460 notebook PCs. The new systems will be used by
students, faculty and staff in classrooms, computer labs and on
mobile/wireless carts for portable computer labs. "The Omaha Public
