Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 25, 2019, DuPont de Nemours, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Amy G. Brady to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective October 9, 2019.

There is no arrangement or understanding between the new director and any other persons pursuant to which such director was selected as a director of the Company.

Brady will serve on the Audit Committee and the Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability Committee.

There are no transactions in which the new director has an interest requiring disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.

A copy of the press release announcing Brady as a new director is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
