management will participate in two upcoming investor
conferences.
Randall C. Stuewe, Darling's
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to present at
the Citi 2019 Global Energy and Utilities Conference in
Boston, May
14-15, 2019. Management will share the stage with Valero
management on May 14, 2019 at
8 am ET to discuss their Diamond Green Diesel joint.
Additionally, Mr. Stuewe will present at the BMO 14th
Annual Farm to Market Conference in New
York City, May 15-16, 2019.
Mr. Stuewe is scheduled to present on Wednesday, May 15th, at 1:30 pm
ET and will host one-on-one meetings throughout the day.

Phillips, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
