After a brief leave of absence, reporting person re-joined the Company as its Executive Vice President - Merchandising. The Company granted reporting person 25,000 shares of restricted stock. This grant replaces the previous new hire grant made October 20, 2007 of 25,000 shares of restricted stock that cancelled upon reporting person's resignation in November 2007. Subject to certain conditions, one-third of the restricted stock will vest and be issued on the first anniversary of the grant date, one-third of the restricted stock will vest and be issued on the second anniversary of the grant date, and one-third of the restricted stock will vest and be issued on the third anniversary of the grant date.

Consists of 25,000 shares of restricted common stock, which is subject to vesting.

After a brief leave of absence, reporting person re-joined the Company as its Executive Vice President - Merchandising. This grant of 100,000 stock options replaces the October 20, 2007 new hire grant of 100,000 stock options that cancelled upon reporting person's resignation in November 2007. The exercise price is $10.795, which is the higher of 1) the market price on the date of grant (December 24, 2007) or 2) the exercise price of the reporting person's cancelled October 20, 2007 new hire grant ($10.795). Subject to certain conditions, one-third of this option grant becomes vested and exercisable on the first anniversary of the grant date, one-third of this option grant becomes vested and exercisable on the second anniversary of the grant date, and one-third of this option grant becomes vested and exercisable on the third anniversary of the grant date.
