Constellation Energy Names Simon Managing Director-National Energy Policy and Regulatory Affairs BALTIMORE, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Constellation Energy (NYSE:CEG) today announced that Julie Simon has been named managing director-national energy policy and regulatory affairs. Most recently, Simon served as vice president of policy for the Electric Power Supply Association (EPSA) in Washington, D.C. She will report to Paul J. Allen, senior vice president - corporate affairs. In her new role, Simon will help lead Constellation Energy's regulatory affairs activity and represent the company on national energy policy issues.
