Constellation Energy Names Simon Managing Director-National Energy
Policy and Regulatory Affairs BALTIMORE, Sept. 20
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Constellation Energy (NYSE:CEG) today
announced that Julie Simon has been named managing
director-national energy policy and regulatory affairs. Most
recently, Simon served as vice president of policy for the Electric
Power Supply Association (EPSA) in Washington, D.C. She will report
to Paul J. Allen, senior vice president - corporate affairs. In her
new role, Simon will help lead Constellation Energy's regulatory
affairs activity and represent the company on national energy
policy issues. "Julie's selection for this position demonstrates

markets throughout North America," said Allen. "Julie's strong
legal and regulatory expertise matched by an equally extensive
knowledge of the energy industry gained while at both EPSA and
several notable law firms makes her a natural for this position."
Prior to joining Constellation Energy, Simon spent nearly nine
years at EPSA, where she led the organization's regulatory affairs
activity. In addition, she practiced law for ten years at several
firms in Washington, D.C. and Anchorage, AK. Simon earned a
bachelor's degree from the University of California-Berkeley and a
juris doctorate from Golden Gate University's School of Law in San
