Constellation Energy Names Mary L. Lauria Chief Talent Officer

Constellation Energy (NYSE: CEG) today announced the appointment
of Mary L. Lauria as chief talent officer, effective immediately.
In this role, Lauria is responsible for leading the company’s
learning and organizational development team, with overall
responsibility for executive development programs that span the
company. She reports to Shon J. Manasco, senior vice president and
chief human resources officer, Constellation Energy.
“With more than 23 years of experience in learning and
organizational development, Mary brings extensive business and
technical expertise to Constellation Energy, having led teams in
the healthcare, financial services and consumer products
industries,” said Manasco. “Throughout her career, she has had
responsibility for developing and implementing highly successful
programs related to executive and leadership development, talent
management and performance management. Developing our people is an
important component of our strategy, and we’re pleased to welcome
Mary and the expertise she brings to Constellation Energy.”
Prior to joining Constellation Energy, Lauria was vice
president, talent management and leadership development for Wyeth,
a global leader in pharmaceuticals, consumer and animal health care
products. She also held senior roles within Johnson & Johnson
in talent acquisition and leadership, serving first as director,
leadership and management development and then later as director,
global talent management for its medical device and diagnostics
businesses. Lauria also held senior human resources positions with
Bank of America and Pepsi-Cola North America.
Lauria graduated from The College of New Jersey (formerly
Trenton State College) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English
and a minor in journalism.
