BALTIMORE, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Constellation Energy (NYSE:CEG) today announced that it has named Kevin W. Hadlock as vice president, investor relations and Robert L. Gould as vice president, corporate communications. Hadlock will continue to lead Constellation Energy's investor relations function and report to E. Follin Smith, executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief administration officer for Constellation Energy. Gould will continue to lead corporate communications throughout Constellation Energy and its lines of businesses, reporting to Thomas F. Brady, executive vice president, corporate strategy and retail competitive supply. Hadlock joined Constellation Energy in October 2004 as director, investor relations. He previously held various management positions in General Motors Corporation's New York treasurer's office. He also worked at Morgan Stanley & Company prior to pursuing his MBA, which he received from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. "Kevin has done an exceptional job in developing comprehensive investor relations strategies that appropriately strengthen our company's credibility with the investors," said Smith. Gould joined the company in June 2003. Previously, he held senior communications and legislative-related positions with both CSX Corporation and the U.S. Department of Transportation, where he held a White House appointment. A commissioned officer with nearly 24 years of service in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force, Gould recently was promoted to the rank of Colonel in the Maryland Air National Guard, where he serves as the senior public affairs officer and chief spokesman.
