Quality Income Realty Fund, Inc. (NYSE: RQI) announced repurchases
of outstanding common shares made during the quarter ended
September 30, 2010 and since
inception of each fund's share repurchase program. The programs
authorize the repurchase of up to 10% of each fund's outstanding
common shares during a calendar year. Repurchases are made at
management's discretion, and no assurance can be made that a fund
will repurchase additional shares.
