Net income for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 was $4.7 million, or $0.42 per diluted share on revenue of $7.6 million, compared to net income of $4.5 million, or $0.40 per diluted share, on revenue of $6.9 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2005. Funds from operations (the non-GAAP financial measure described and reconciled below) for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 was $6.2 million, or $0.56 per diluted share, compared to $5.9 million, or $0.53 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2005.
