Explanation of Responses:

( 1)

Represents awards of restricted share units made to William Pollett as a director of the Issuer. In accordance with an agreement between Mr. Pollett and the Reporting Owner, all remuneration, including restricted share units, to which he is entitled for his service as a director of the Issuer was assigned to the Reporting Owner. Mr. Pollett ceased to be a director of the Issuer as of August 12, 2015. As a result of Mr. Pollett's departure from the Issuer's board, all of the outstanding Restricted Share Units previously awarded to him were cancelled without payment.
