Exclusive Symposium to Focus on CoolSculpting(R) Procedure

PLEASANTON, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 31, 2014) - ZELTIQ Aesthetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZLTQ), a medical technology company focused on developing and commercializing products utilizing its proprietary controlled-cooling technology platform, today announced it is showcasing its CoolSculpting system at the International Master Course on Aging Skin (IMCAS) Annual Meeting in Paris, 31 January to 2 February, 2014. The CoolSculpting procedure is a non-invasive, clinically proven procedure designed to selectively reduce fat in problem areas using a patented cooling technology.

Dr. Klaus Hoffmann, on staff with St. Josef Hospital and Ruhr University in Bochum, Germany, will be speaking about the safety, efficacy and value that CoolSculpting treatments can bring to physicians and their patients during symposium #28, "Don't Settle for Less than the Absolute Best." Symposium #28 takes place on Sunday, 2 February, 9:30-10:30 a.m., in Room 5. Dr. Hoffmann will be joined by business analyst Ralph Brinkmann.
