Other Events .

On December 4, 2008, WHX Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s common stock was approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market. The Company’s common stock will be listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol “WXCO.” Trading of the Company’s common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market will commence when the exchange opens for trading on December 5, 2008.

The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
