Unica Adds to Executive Team

Unica Corporation (Nasdaq: UNCA), a leading global provider of enterprise marketing management (EMM) solutions, today announced the appointment of Gerry Wilson to the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO). Wilson will guide Unica�s Information Technology organization, as well as the Real Estate and Facilities organizations. In this role, he will lead in the development of Unica�s IT strategy to support and enable worldwide growth and operations.

Wilson, who brings more than 25 years of senior-level IT experience, previously served as senior vice president and CIO of RSA Security, now known as RSA, the Security Division of EMC. At RSA, Wilson led all aspects of the worldwide information systems organization, including business applications, technical and end user services, security, engineering support and international operations. He also developed and implemented the company�s overall IS/IT strategic plan and roadmap. Prior to RSA, Wilson served in a variety of IT management roles at companies including Stratus Computer and Prime Computer. Wilson currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), teaching in the Master�s in IT program.
