Triterras Shares Drop 20% as Audit of Annual Report Still Not Finished

Triterras Inc. shares fell 20% to $3.51 after the company said
an independent audit of its financial statements for the fiscal
year ended Feb. 28, 2021, hasn't been finished.
The company said it is continuing to work with its independent
auditor to finalize the audit but won't to meet Nasdaq's deadline
to file its annual report on Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission.
Triterras said it has informed Nasdaq of the situation. Nasdaq
had previously granted the company an extension to Dec. 1 to file
the annual report.
