Koepf has been a member of SCM's board since February 2006. In addition to serving as a director of SCM, Koepf also is a director of telent plc and Gemalto NV and is Chairman of the board of PXP Software. Prior to his retirement in 2002, Koepf accumulated more than 35 years' experience in technology company management, most recently as a senior executive with Compaq Computer. Steven Humphreys, Chairman of SCM's board for the past seven years and CEO of the Company from 1996-2000, will remain on the board.
