The Midland Company Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend CINCINNATI, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of The Midland Company , a highly focused provider of specialty insurance products and services, today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 4.75 cents per share, maintaining the indicated annual dividend at 19 cents per share. The quarterly dividend is payable January 6, 2004 to shareholders of record on December 23, 2003. The Midland Company presently has 17,641,040 shares outstanding.
