Microtek Medical Holdings Enters Into OEM Supply Agreement With Fischer Imaging COLUMBUS, Miss. and DENVER, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Microtek Medical Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:MTMD) and Fischer Imaging Corporation (Pink Sheets: FIMG) today announced an OEM supply agreement under which Microtek will manufacture and sell to Fischer Imaging Corporation ("Fischer Imaging") certain imaging equipment drapes for Fischer's MammoTest(R) Product. In addition, Microtek will collaborate with Fischer Imaging in the design and development of other infection control draping products suitable for Fischer Imaging's extensive range of medical imaging systems.
