Micronetics Receives $930K Order for Military Voltage Controlled Oscillators

Micronetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NOIZ) announced today that it has
received initial production contracts from EDO Corporation (NYSE:
EDO) totaling $930K for Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO�s) used
on the Spiral 2.1 CREW system. The delivery schedule to support EDO
CREW 2.1 program is anticipated to be over a 6 month period. The
Spiral 2.1 CREW systems are vehicle mounted electronic jammers
designed to counter radio-controlled IEDs (Improvised Explosive
Devices). The systems are part of the DoD�s Joint Improvised
Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO). David Robbins,
President and Chief Executive Officer of Micronetics, Inc., said,
"This jamming system, and jamming systems in general because of
their nature, typically require high performance microwave
components. Supporting this jamming market is part of our strategy
to target applications which need the performance and quality that
