Micronetics Receives a Follow-On Order for WiMAX Power Amplifiers Valued at Approximately $1.2 Million

Micronetics, Inc. (NASDAQ:NOIZ) announced today that its subsidiary
Stealth Microwave has booked a follow-on order from a European
customer totaling over $1 million for high performance linear power
amplifiers. The units are used in WiMAX base stations operating in
the licensed 3.5 GHz band. WiMAX built-in QoS (Quality of Service)
is a next generation wireless standard that promises high capacity
and net throughput for future voice, data and video applications.
