Manatron, Inc. Appoints Real Estate Valuation Veteran As New
Executive Director of Real Property Appraisal Training PORTAGE,
Mich., March 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Manatron, Inc. a leading
provider of Government Revenue Management (GRM) software products
and services for county, city and township governments, announced
today that Patrick Alesandrini has been appointed to the position
of Executive Director of Real Property Appraisal Training. Mr.
Alesandrini has been the President and CEO of Real Estate Valuation
& Education Services and Alesandrini & Associates for over
ten years. He has more than 25 years of experience in the appraisal
business and carries several regional and national residential and
commercial appraisal designations, suchas MAI and CAE. Mr.
Alesandrini is a widely known and highly acknowledged instructor
for the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO),
Illinois Property Assessment Institute (IPAI), the Indiana State
Board of Tax Commissioners, Illinois Central College, the State of
Nebraska and the Appraisal Foundation. He has also been a guest
speaker at many appraisal related conferences, including Manatron's
annual user conference, and has authored many articles for the
Appraisal Institute, the IAAOand the Illinois Department of

Agreement with Real Estate Valuation & Education Systems, Inc.,
located in Pekin, Illinois, effective March 1, 2004. This agreement
provides for Mr. Alesandrini to work on behalf of Manatron for a
minimum of 10 days per month for a one year period with an option
to continue this service beyond that. In this newly created
position, Mr. Alesandrini will be responsible for providing CAMA
consulting and trainingservices to the Company's current and
prospective clients, including single or mass appraisal assistance,
basic and advanced educational training, and application
configuration, setup and installation services. Mr. Alesandrini
will also represent Manatron at future speaking engagements and in
various articles he is requested to write. "We believe this new
relationship will strengthen the Manatron brand as a leader in the
property tax and appraisal market, while also improving our ability
to providesuperior service to our current and prospective Manatron
GRM and Appraisal Services clients," commented Bill McKinzie,
Manatron's Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Mr. Alesandrini was
the Deputy Supervisor of Assessments in Tazewell County, Illinois.
He has served on several committees at the request of the Illinois
Department of Revenue, where they addressed issues relating to
assessment, appraisal theory, appraisal education, and assessor
qualifications. He has also worked directly with the Office of
Banks and Real Estate on appraisal requirements, experience and
investigations. Mr. Alesandrini received his education from
Illinois Central College and Bradley University. He continued his
education at Illinois State University where he majored in
economics. Mr. Alesandrini resides with his wife Mary and their
daughter Elizabeth in Pekin, Illinois, where they enjoy traveling,
playing golf and are very involved in their local church. About
