(1)	The securities reported herein are held by certain funds to which Mason Capital Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Mason Capital Management"), serves as the investment manager. Kenneth M. Garschina ("Mr. Garschina") and Michael E. Martino ("Mr. Martino", and together with Mr. Garschina and Mason Capital Management, the "Reporting Persons") are managing principals of Mason Capital Management.
