Layne Christensen Company (Nasdaq:LAYN) ("Layne" or the "Company") today announced that it will issue its financial results for the fiscal 2015 fourth quarter and full year ended January 31, 2015 ("Q4 FY 2015") on Monday, April 13, 2015 after the close of the stock market. Management will conduct a conference call on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 9:00 am ET / 8:00 am CT to discuss the results.
