INX Inc. (NASDAQ:INXI) (the “Company” or “INX”) announced today that it plans to announce financial results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010, as well as the results of the restatement of certain prior statements as previously announced, via press release after the market close on Monday, April 11, 2011, followed by an investor webcast and conference call starting at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Tuesday, April 12, 2011.

As previously announced the Company has been involved in efforts to restate certain previously issued financial statements and complete all required SEC filings to become current on its required financial statement filings. The Company plans to hold an investor conference call and webcast on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time to review the results, discuss the Company’s outlook for the future and answer investors’ questions. Investors wishing to participate on the call should call the telephone number at least five minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
