Intrado and PDAger Announce Memorandum of Understanding for China Joint Venture; Companies to Collaborate on Enhanced Emergency

Intrado Inc. (NASDAQ: TRDO), a global provider of integrated data

emergency call solutions, today announced a memorandum of
understanding regarding the companies' intent to form a joint
venture focused on developing enhanced emergency communications
solutions for public safety and disaster management agencies in
China. The two companies bring significant experience, expertise
and competence to the relationship. Intrado provides the majority
of the 9-1-1 call routing and location provisioning infrastructure
in North America and has an extensive understanding of the
emergency services operations model. PDAger provides technology
platforms that support enhanced emergency calling services and has
deployed a system for the public security emergency call center in
