Successful enhanced 9-1-1 (E9-1-1) call delivery requires VoIP providers to route an Internet telephony 9-1-1 call to the appropriate public safety answering point (PSAP) and to deliver the caller's call back number and location to the 9-1-1 call taker's computer screen.
