Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 24, 2008, the registrant issued a press release announcing that its board of directors on April 23, 2008 approved the payment of a cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the registrant’s outstanding Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable June 16, 2008 to shareholders of record on the close of business June 2, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
