ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 22, 2008, GS Financial Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the commencement of a stock repurchase program and declaration of a quarterly cash dividend by the Board of Directors on October 21, 2008. The dividend is payable on November 19, 2008 to shareholders of record as of November 4, 2008.
