Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 10, 2021, Ann Mather gave notice of her intent to resign from the Board of Directors of Glu Mobile Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Ms. Mather’s resignation notice advised that her resignation is to avoid being “overboarded” due to the initial public offering of a previously private company for which she currently serves as a member of the board of directors and is not due to any disagreement with the Company or the Board of Directors, including with respect to the recently announced acquisition of the Company by Electronic Arts.
