Rice Named Vice President of Firstbank Corporation ALMA, Mich.,
April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Thomas R. Sullivan, President
and Chief Executive Officer of Firstbank Corporation (NASDAQ:FBMI),
announced that the Board of Directors appointed Richard Rice Vice
President and Controller of the corporation. Rice has over 19 years
of accounting and finance experience with major publicly traded
bank holding companies. During the past year, Rice has served as
Firstbank Corporation's Controller. Mr. Sullivan stated, "Rich has
extensive experience in financial management, reporting and
control, and audit. These talents, combined with his background in
acquisition integration, coincide with Firstbank Corporation's
