On October 19, 2017, First South Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its unaudited operating results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the press release dated October 19, 2017 is attached to this Current Report as an exhibit (Exhibit 99.1) and is furnished herewith.
