Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Each share of phantom stock is the economic equivalent of one share of PFC common stock.
(2)	The shares of phantom stock become payable in PFC common shares in two equal annual tranches following the reporting person's termination of service as a director beginning one year after termination.
(3)	The ending balance differs from amounts previously reported because of an inadvertent administrative error.
(4)	On July 13, 2018, the issuer split its common shares 2-for-1 (the "Stock Split"). The numbers included in this Form 4 have been adjusted to account for the Stock Split.
(5)	Total differs from amounts previously reported due to shares acquired under a dividend reinvestment program.
