Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Restricted stock units convert into common shares on a one-for-one basis.
(2)	On January 1, 2018, the reporting person was granted 10,830 restricted stock units, and on January 1, 2019, the reporting was granted an additional 11,004 restricted stock units. Pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated September 9, 2019, by and between the Issuer and United Community Financial Corp. ("UCFC"), UCFC was merged into the Issuer on January 31, 2020, and each restricted stock unit vested in full. At the reporting person's request, the vesting of all 21,834 restricted stock units was delayed until April 1, 2021.
