On January 28, 2010, First Community Bank Corporation of America (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

On January 28, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing in connection with the Company’s on-going units offering, it has extended its units offering, which will terminate at 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on February 12, 2010.
