Today, the company announced the execution of a development agreement with a major US defense contractor to develop RF Distribution and Test Modules for an airborne defense system. This initial $800,000 development contract is deliverable through the first quarter of 2005, leading to subsequent initial production. Design engineering will take place in Endwave's Sunnyvale, California headquarters, with production slated for their Manufacturing Center of Excellence in Diamond Springs, California.
