In this role, Weaver, 53, will lead CDW�s sales efforts for the company�s Medium (100-499 employees) and Large business (500+ employees) market segments, within the Corporate segment. His primary focus is to further strengthen CDW�s position in these segments and expand into new markets and customers. Weaver reports to James R. He led the U.S. Enterprise Team�s transformation to a �solutions-based� sales force and was also responsible for the technology group call centers, system integrator team and several industry verticals. During his tenure, he focused on driving significant customer relationships, developing the field team�s go-to-market strategy, and developing and managing a high-performance sales team. Prior to this role, Weaver acted as regional vice president of Compaq Computer, which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2002.
