Item 8.01. Other Events.

On August 10, 2016, CDK Global, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of its common stock. The Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share payable on September 30, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 16, 2016.
