CatalystRx.com Wins Best Interactive Site eHealthcare Leadership Award

Catalyst Rx, the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) subsidiary of Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHSI), announced today that its member-focused Web site, www.CatalystRx.com, won a Platinum award in the Strategic Health Care Communications’ annual eHealthcare Leadership Awards for Best Interactive Site.

CatalystRx.com includes several interactive features designed for member convenience and education. After completing a secure login to assure confidentiality, members can access their specific benefit plan information, prescription histories, explanations of benefits (EOBs), general healthcare information on a variety of topics and a sophisticated online drug pricing tool, Catalyst Price & SaveSM.

The Catalyst Price & Save drug pricing tool uses proprietary “compete and compare” technology to identify lowest-cost pharmacies, including those offering $4 generic drug programs. In addition, Price & Save allows Catalyst Rx members to compare costs between brand and generic drugs, as well as savings available with therapeutic alternatives.
