(DBA) to become the reseller for DBA's next generation Internet advertising product, SmarterAds(TM). The product will be incorporated into AdStar's brand and product suite, which includes AdStar's Web-based and remote entry ad-transaction technologies and EdgCapture, the newspaper industry's leading payment processing solution.
