French energy group GDF Suez SA (GSZ.FR) said Wednesday it will realize a capital gain of EUR422 million from the previously reported disposal of the 38.5% stake its Belgian subsidiary Electrabel SA previously held in Fluxys SA (FLUX.BT).

Partially state-owned gas and electricity utility GDF Suez said it received EUR636 million for the 270,530 shares in Fluxys that it sold for EUR2,350 each to Belgian holding company Publigaz SCRL.
