In his new role, Amendola will oversee Watson Wyatt's HR technology consulting services and programs in North America. Amendola joined Watson Wyatt in 1995 and has held leadership positions in the Technology and Administrative Solutions area, including head of U.S. call centers and most recently West Division director. Before joining Watson Wyatt, he served as chief financial officer and national practice leader for benefits outsourcing services with Buck Consultants.
