On June 30, 2009, Constellation Brands, Inc. (�Constellation
Brands�) filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
(the �SEC�) Amendment No. 2 to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for
the fiscal year ended February 28, 2009, originally filed on April
29, 2009, and amended by Amendment No. 1 to its Annual Report on
Form 10-K filed May 29, 2009. The sole purpose of the amendment
filed on June 30, 2009, is to provide separate financial statements
of Ruffino S.r.l., an equity method investment, in accordance with
the SEC�s Rule 3-09 of Regulation S-X.
Constellation Brands is required to file annual, quarterly and
current reports, proxy statements and other information with the
