On 4(th) October 2019, J.M. Securities (No 3) Ltd, a company in which Mr. J.W. Goodwin and Mr. R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest, purchased 32,076 ordinary shares at a price of GBP34.50 per share from the following persons:
